Seit 2002 ist das JATZ die Cocktailbar im Herzen Weddings: ein Wohnzimmer für Barfreunde, Studierende, Nachbarn und alle, die klassische Cocktails, Longdrinks, Bier und gute Abende lieben. Der Name ist Programm: „Jatz“ ist die ostdeutsch geprägte Art, Jazz auf Deutsch auszusprechen und genau deshalb bringen wir regelmäßig Live-Jazz in unsere Bar. Zwischen Wohnzimmerflair, entspanntem Miteinander und offenen Begegnungen entsteht hier ein Ort, an dem man schnell ins Gespräch kommt und Musik ganz nah erleben kann.
Zur Jazzwoche Berlin freuen wir uns auf das Shining Stockings Trio mit Amanda Mae, Joel Murtaugh und Iakovos „Jako“ Symeonidis. Ein Abend voller Swing, Groove und musikalischer Spielfreude. Since 2002, JATZ has been a cocktail bar in the heart of Berlin-Wedding: a living-room-style meeting place for bar lovers, students, neighbours and everyone who enjoys classic cocktails, long drinks, beer and good nights out. The name says it all: “Jatz” is an East German-influenced way of pronouncing jazz in German and that is exactly why we regularly bring live jazz into our bar. With its living-room feel, relaxed atmosphere and open encounters, JATZ is a place where people quickly connect and experience music up close.
For Jazzwoche Berlin, we are excited to welcome the Shining Stockings Trio featuring Amanda Mae, Joel Murtaugh and Iakovos “Jako” Symeonidis.
